Tickets
  • The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and includes about ½ mile of walking. Please dress appropriately.
  • This tour contains adult content and is not appropriate for children under 12. We will not admit children under 12.
  • Please drive up to the Admission booth; you will be checked in and directed where to park.
  • You do not need a physical ticket; the Admissions associate confirms reservations using the last name.
  • Tour changes or cancellations require a notice of 48-hours.
  • We may cancel tours in the case of unsafe or extreme weather conditions. If this occurs, expect an automatic refund.

Investigator

Nick Smith-Koblitz, the founder of Crypto Paranormal Investigations, has studied allegedly haunted locations and claims on supernatural phenomena for the past 20 years. A skeptical investigator, Nick, and his organization attempt to find alternative or natural explanations for reports of paranormal activity and employ a range of technologies to monitor the environment during their field research. In addition to case research C.P.I. has lectured at historical societies and colleges and continues educational outreach through its YouTube channel. He and his team have investigated locations throughout the United States, and their activities have been televised on news broadcasts and in publications.
