“A palatial estate surrounded by exquisite gardens is the scene where this love tale unfolds. A historic location, Edith Wharton’s Estate is strewn with a magical charm all it’s own. Walking down the limestone paths that encircle the estate, one feels at once the vitality and romance of such a place. The inspiration for this shoot was a melding of several nuances woven together, a natural and historic English countryside wedding with equestrian undertones. The concept was to mimic the love triangle outlined in one of Wharton’s most infamous tales, The Age of Innocence.
