Wharton on Wednesdays returns for a five-month run! Join us the first Wednesday, June-October, at the Terrace Café; listen to quintessential Edith Wharton short stories brought to life by local actors.

  • June 7: "The Reckoning," read by Mae Hedges Boyce
  • July 5: "The Muse's Tragedy" read by Elric Walker
  • August 2: "The Pretext," read by Anne Undeland
  • September 6: "Expiation" read by Mary Anne Grammer 
  • October 4: "The Daunt Diana" read by Tod Randolph

  • $10 Mount Member, $15 General Admission
  • Tickets are limited; registration is required.
  • This is a monthly series occurring on the first Wednesday of each month.
  • The readings begin at 5:30 pm on the Terrace.
  • Beverages are available for purchase an hour before the start of the program.
