"The Farewell" with Molly Rideout & Matt Tannenbaum

2021 Writer-in-Residence

September 19, 2021

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Join The Mount’s 2021 Writer-in-residence, Molly Rideout, and The Bookstore in Lenox’s Matt Tannenbaum in conversation, as they discuss Rideout’s public writing installations at The Bookstore and The Mount. Rideout will share her research on turn-of-the-century Lenox and Augustus "Aug" Martin, an amateur photographer, barber, house-painter and all-around reveler, from the small community of Lenox Dale.

This program will celebrate the launch of her limited-edition, hand-bound artist book, which includes the full text of her essay "The Farewell."
