Come inside Wharton’s elegant library for lively conversation in a truly intimate setting surrounded by her expansive collection. Each session will explore a topic related to Wharton’s intense intellectual curiosity, from her fascination with science to her love of poetry. Become inspired by the books and topics that exhilarated Wharton!

Space is limited and registration is required.

Conversation Descriptions:
Wharton’s Men – Explore the books important in Wharton’s most intimate male friendships.
Wharton’s Women – The women authors represented on Wharton’s shelves are often surprising, as were her views on her own sex.
Poetry & Music – Wharton’s lifelong love of poetry and music are reflected in her library.
Ghosts & Myths – Explore Wharton’s fascination with myths, folklore, and the supernatural.
