“If I am a good designer, it’s because Stephen Sondheim taught me how to write music,” says Michael Simon, the New York based composer-turned-designer and Mount trustee. Simon will illustrate this connection during his presentation. His projects have been featured in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Architectural Digest, New York Magazine, House and Garden, and House Beautiful.

Reservations are required.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Barbara de Marneffe Fund for The Mount’s library and mansion.

This event is presented by The Boston Committee for The Mount.  The presentation will begin at 12 p.m., with a luncheon to follow at 1 p.m.
