Enjoy summer afternoons on The Mount’s view-rich Terrace while listening to professional actors read short stories written by Edith Wharton and Willa Cather.
Both Wharton and Cather were prolific short story writers in addition to well-loved novelists. Their contemporaneous and parallel explorations reveal a shared importance of literary and geographic place. Gardens are open for strolling. Wine and other light refreshments are available for purchase.
